I wanted to say a huge congrats to Kristen on opening her cart Capital City Bakery. I couldn't be happier for her... and thrilled that we can have those goodies all the time now (though I'm going to have to exercise more, haha)

It was fantastic. Had a great time eating the cupcakes and drinking the lemonade very cool to have an ALL VEGAN cart full of sweet delectable goodies and such. Way to go Kristen! The peanut butter crunch was delicious!
