Pizza party sounds like fun - we could all bring a different one from around town. I'm also still really into having a sausage party - and it would be a good time to entertain in our grilling courtyard. I also mentioned a Mac & Cheeze potluck to Brittany, and she was crazy about it. I'm not sure how much Mac & Cheeze we can each consume, but I know we all have some really different takes on the classic. |

I think we'll also be down to host some grillage at some point as well ![]() But yes, pizza parties always appreciated ![]() |

We definitely need to do a spring/summer BBQ, like usual. I also really want to take a trip out to Sunny Day sometime soon if anyone is down for a VRA trip? |

I was sad when I stopped by and Wheatsville was out of those pizzas. I hope they have more soon. |

>I was sad when I stopped by and Wheatsville was out of those pizzas. I hope they have more soon. Not really surprising, given the online response. Thanks for the heads up, though. And I second all the suggestions as well. |

>Brooke was saying the San Antonio folks want to do a joint BBQ with us at Sunny Day in May. That sounds awesome! I hope it's not between May 20 and May 28 because I'll be out of town. |

>I'm also still really into having a sausage party I'm okay with women being invited too. Sausage/mac n cheese parties sound good. There are a lot of mac n cheese variants out there that are good to compare. I'm 1 for 3 on Wheatsville having the popcorn tofu pizza, but the one time I got one it was awesome. |

bumping this thread, because there were a lot of good ideas here. other ideas: kale potluck - every dish has to have kale as an ingredient. another deep-fried potluck (to counteract the kale one) casino night - poker, blackjack, etc. "Chopped" night - we pick 3 ingredients, all make a dish and vote on the winner movie night, Alamo Drafthouse or one of the free movies on the Whole Foods rooftop restaurant meetups: Counter Culture Moses Falafel/Conscious Cravings/Capital City Bakery Maoz Mother's Beets wherever else we haven't been in a while... |

We can't miss another annual waffle party. We can probably host over here on a Sunday in June. I'll mix the batter, you bring the toppings. |

![]() I'm down with waffles. Carrie offered to plan for June meetups, maybe we should say July for hers? We're going to start doing sign-ups for meetup planners who will take a particular month. Also, we're tentatively booked for Thursday, June 14th at Counter Culture for a restaurant visit! |

Mmmm... Waffles. Yes, I can do mine in July. I want to do a farmer's market meetup. I'll start another thread about that. I suppose I'll wait a little to get that going, since it's for July. |

Hey, Carrie. Go ahead with your plan. I didn't mean to barge in. Waffles can wait. |

Why can't we do both? There are a lot of days in June. About 30 of them. |

There's only a fruitluck on the calendar for June, so having the waffle meetup, farmer's market meetup, and Counter Culture meetup probably wouldn't be too much. Thursday June 14th for CC meetup. A Sunday for the waffle meetup, and either a Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday for the farmer's market meetup. I could also wait till July, whatever works. By the way, I like all the other ideas on the thread too, especially the Conscious Cravings/Moses Falafel/Cap City Bakery meetup. |
