ZPizza is a chain of restaurants that focuses on healthier ingredients and greener practices (for example, organic dough and recyclable/compostable containers). Of particular interest to vegans is their inclusion of Daiya cheese and "veggie crumbles" (fake beef) as options for their pizzas, in addition to other choices.

They had a location downtown in the 2nd Street District a while back, but it closed down. However, their Round Rock location has continued to run, and now a new location in West Lake Hills (in the Westbank shopping center) just opened last month (July 2011).

List of vegan options (copied from Gabe's entry for the now-defunct 2nd St location - it's been a while, you may want to double check):

Pizzas (all of these, besides the Berkeley Vegan, request Vegan Daiya Cheese to replace mozzarella):
- Provence
- Napoli (no parmesan)
- Greek (no feta)
- California
- Tuscan (no feta)
- Berkeley Vegan (get it as is with the regular pizza sauce, not the pesto)
- Moroccan Rustica (replace basil pesto)
- Mediterranean Rustica (no feta)
- California
- Arugula (no cheese)
- Greek (no cheese)
- Pear and Gorgonzola (no cheese)

If you'd like to build your own pizza or order a salad, below are acceptable vegan ingredients:
- Pizza dough (except for the gluten-free which contains eggs)
- Vegan cheese by Daiya
- Veggie crumbles
- Tomato sauce
- Marinara sauce
- Roasted garlic sauce
- White Balsamic dressing
- Caramelized onions
- Roasted eggplant
- All fresh vegetables
