I want to start making more excellent salads, anyone have favorite caesar dressing recipes?

I like Tal Ronnen's recipe from The Conscious Cook
The capers make it--adding that briny flavor usually supplied by anchovies--but still forgiving on the amounts--now I'm lazy and just eyeball the ingredients--still great!

Caesar Dressing:

1 garlic clove
1 tsp capers, drained
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp white miso paste
11/2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp light agave nectar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil

Put the garlic, capers, mayonnaise, miso paste, nutritional yeast, agave nectar, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp water in a food processor and pulse to combine. With the motor running, slowly add the oil in a thin stream. Continue to blend for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
