I made a roasted hatch chile pot pie.  It actually won 3rd place in the Central Market/Westgate Hatch Chile Recipe Contest. I loved having the only vegan recipe amongst the 12 finalist.

mexican goulash with soy curls, german potatoes, covered in roasted hatch-avocado-mango dressing.  paired with an Arrogant Bastard and a little Maker's Mark.

I've been eating out a lot lately... mostly because I'm trying to support the vegan food carts as much as I can... and also I'm a busy/lazy chef.

craig, i wasn't gonna say nothin, but yesterday i was having a rough day with morning sickness and i saw your food photo and had to run to the bathroom:-)  lol, normally your food makes me drool (especially the fried stuff)!  it had something to do with all of the jalapenos...the baby freaked!  wide noodles, especially wet ones (like in soup) make me freak right now too, so take my comment worth a grain of salt:-)  <3
