Does anyone here volunteer for Thanksgiving or Christmas?  And if so, where?  Or for that matter, does anyone here volunteer anywhere?

Thanks,
Amber

I volunteer for KPFT.  but that is here in Houston, and most likely helps you none.

YAH THANKS... nah but maybe it will help someone.  Maybe I can just donate some Parker Lewis shirts to the homeless shelter or something...

what exactly is it?  i looked at the website and their opportunities for volunteering don't begin for a week. I will sign up but would like to know more about the organization.

I'd like to get a group together on Christmas and make food for the homeless.  Maybe get friends and family to donate the food?
I've fed the homeless before though a non-veggie group and the food looked gross! I won't do it again unless it's healthy and vegan.

I'd love to help with that Sue! Working retail, I don't get a lot of time off on the holidays, but I know I'll be off Christmas day, and we don't usually have plans anyway.
