| Edible Earth is a new vegan food trailer in South Austin. Menu items include a breakfast burrito, taco salad, a "loaded baked potato", "chick-un" noodle soup, and various wraps. There are some picnic tables that you can eat at that overlook the creek. Address is 1207 S. First (just a couple blocks north of Bouldin Creek Coffeehouse) and hours are Tue-Sat 11-4. | |||
