Parsnips with Cilantro & Coconut posted by radicoolren


1 Bunch Parsnips
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Season with:
Cayenne; Paprika; Chili Flakes


1. Cut Parsnips into Small Bite-sized pieces
2. Soak and Spin-Dry Cilantro, De-Stem leaves and chop
3. Add coconut oil to warm pan (*I like to use a cast-iron skillet)
4. Once oil is hot, add ingredients
5. Cook until tender, occasionally adding a splash of filtered water to keep parsnips fluffy
6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
